1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless context clearly requires otherwise.

• "Real-Money Funds" refers to the portion of a Member's balance comprising actual PHP deposits, excluding any Bonus Funds not yet converted through wagering requirements.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on jl618, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times.

3 Account Verification

jl618 is required to verify the identity of Members as part of its obligations under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Verification may be requested at any time during the life of an account, including at the point of registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or when jl618 has reason to conduct additional checks.

• Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS or UMID card, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or other government-issued photo identification accepted by jl618 at the time of the request.
• Proof of address may be required in the form of a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and current residential address, dated within three months.
• Verification of payment methods — including a screenshot of a GCash or Maya account showing the registered name — may be required before withdrawal processing.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jl618 are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals.

• Deposits are accepted through GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and supported Visa and Mastercard cards. Available methods, minimum and maximum amounts, and processing times are displayed in the jl618 cashier at the time of each transaction.
• Deposits are credited to a Member's balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method and are outside jl618's direct control once initiated.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. jl618 may request that withdrawals be processed to a different verified method where the original deposit channel is unavailable for outgoing transactions.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered under the same name as the jl618 Member account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• jl618 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jl618's control.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

• Each promotion is available once per eligible Member unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer. One Member is defined as one registered account, one verified identity, one payment method, and one device or household.

Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on jl618. Specific rules for individual games — including Tongits, Pusoy, live casino, MMA betting, and virtual sports — are displayed within the relevant game section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed by the Member except where a specific market rule provides for cash-out functionality and that functionality is currently available for the relevant market.
• jl618 reserves the right to void any bet where a clear technical error in the displayed odds or game mechanics is identified. Members will be notified and the staked amount returned to their balance where a void is applied.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl618 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Using the jl618 platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors in a deliberate and systematic manner to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Operating or accessing jl618 using automated scripts, bots, or any non-human agent without explicit written permission from jl618.
• Collusion with other Members to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including coordinated play in Tongits or Pusoy tables.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without a legitimate basis, or reversal of a deposit after the corresponding balance has been wagered.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Creating or operating duplicate accounts, including accounts created under a different name or payment method while a prior account is suspended or under review.
• Sharing login credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your jl618 account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

jl618 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account in the following circumstances, without prior notice where the situation warrants immediate action.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the account for any unlawful purpose.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance in the account — including real-money funds deposited by the Member — may be forfeited to the extent permitted under applicable regulations, particularly where the breach involved fraudulent or deceptive conduct.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl618 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of jl618 or its licensors. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these terms.

• The jl618 brand name and logo may not be used in any external communication, social media, or marketing material without prior written approval.

13 Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the jl618 platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account before the effective date and request withdrawal of your real-money balance.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
